Condition: New with tags. This was a store display, so a small sections of beads came loose, but it does come with additional beads in a packet to fix it and doesn’t affect the function or look of the dress. Please see photos for exact details, as it is part of the condition description. I try to be more critical than the buyer would be. However, please keep in mind that “pre-owned” is not new, so please do not expect it to be brand new unless it is listed as such.
